As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you have the unique opportunity to build a foundation for an exciting and rewarding career in tech. As a key member of our sales team you will…

  • Participate in our sales training to learn the history of the industry, our target buyer, best practices for qualifying prospective clients, and more
  • Discover, qualify, and nurture new business leads through cold calling, email, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Use your creativity and detective skills to connect with decision makers to schedule meetings for Sales Executives
  • Collaborate with the entire organization to accelerate the sales cycle and extend our reach into HR departments
  • Professionally represent the SmartRecruiters brand, vision, and values
  • Surround yourself around ambitious individuals who create a fun and exciting work environment


  • Self-starter with ability to build strong client relationships and sales mentality
  • Comfortable spending most of your workday answering inbound interests from potential clients
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German or French
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help
  • Coachable with a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
  • Experience is the similar position is preferable
  • Experience in a related position is a plus
