  • Participate in our sales training to learn the history of the industry, our target buyer, best practices for qualifying prospective clients, and more
  • Discover, qualify, and nurture new business leads (inbound, with the opportunity to graduate to outbound) through cold calling, email, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Use your creativity and detective skills to connect with decision makers to schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the entire organization to accelerate the sales cycle and extend our reach into HR departments
  • Professionally represent the SmartRecruiters brand, vision, and values

Qualifications

  • Ability to build strong client relationships, think on your feet, and overcome objections/rejections
  • Comfortable spending most of your workday sending out emails and making cold calls to Managers, Directors, VPs and C-level Executives
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help
  • Coachable with a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
