With immediate effect our team in Berlin Kreuzberg is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager Direct Business for our international customers, with experience in sales and familiarity with the architecture and design field. We are offering a full-time post as part of a young and friendly team and are interested in a long-term collaboration.

With more than 16 million visitors a year Architonic is the largest international reference resource in the fields of architecture, interior decoration and design. On www.architonic.com architects, planners and design enthusiasts can browse through a database with more than 300,000 products, designs and materials.

A young and international team of architects, designers, communications experts and IT specialists optimises these constantly and keeps them right up-to-date. Our international sales team is highly qualified, successful and motivated. Does the same apply to you?

You are interested in:

  • architecture, design, materials, interior decoration
  • communicating with people
  • learning about new things and situations, as well as creative solutions to unusual problems
  • the digital world and the Internet

You will:

  • cultivate the market intensively with our local international sales representatives
  • represent Architonic as a sales manager in direct business with our international customers and at trade fairs
  • maintain direct contact with prestigious manufacturers of products and materials, and retailers from the premium segment
  • acquire new customers throughout the whole sales area
  • implement our services together with a team of client consultants
  • assume responsibility for the sales generated by your offers and products

You have:

  • sales experience and are a natural when it comes to selling
  • an appealing and communicative character
  • 2-3 years’ professional experience in sales and dealing with customers
  • in-depth understanding of the market and the entrepreneurial aspects of the industry
  • 100% capacity for Architonic
  • English as a mother tongue and a very good knowledge of German – Italian is desirable and other languages would be an advantage
