What you’ll do:

  • Open and coordinate market expansion
  • Clearly understand the structure of the market and identify the appropriate sales approach
  • Own your destination and its key performance metrics including: Revenue Growth, Product Inventory, Customer Satisfaction
  • Own the full sales cycle
  • Acquire relevant inventory and local customers
  • Negotiate contracts and commission
  • Optimize and scale processes within Sales and other departments
  • Provide intelligence to Account and Country Managers (report on KPIs)
  • Travel and visit top destinations on a monthly basis

Who you are:

  • You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication or a similar field
  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience and a high affinity for travel sector
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • You have a strong networking mentality for relationship management with supplier ecosystem
  • You are a great communicator and have excellent negotiation skills suitable for C-level interaction
  • You have a natural ability to establish and build rapport with clients
  • You are confident, approachable, and solution-oriented with good organizational skills
  • You are comfortable with cold-calling
