As a part of this role, you will…

  • Conduct informative product demos to close inbound leads for our premium plans in the Mid-Market segment (companies from 500 to 2500 employees)
  • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast
  • Develop multi-channel presentation skills to present in person and via the web
  • Work closely with our SDR team to convert qualified opportunities into premium SmartRecruiters accounts.


  • Experience selling software – SaaS & HR/ATS/HCM Preferred
  • Results-driven, highly intelligent, and motivated to make money
  • Obvious passion and people skills
  • Disciplined sales process and proven track record of success
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a sales capacity
