Job description:

Mobile Event Guide is seeking an experienced individual, with a proven sales track record, to join our team as the Senior Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales. As Germany’s leading developer and marketer of smartphone applications in the event industry, we offer an exciting environment to driving sales processes and becoming part of a top-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in achieving high-volume sales, be a team player and possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research, assess market opportunities and develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Plan sales strategies to acquire new customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle and and the development of long-term customer relationships, including: customer acquisition, product introductions, proposals, meetings, contract negotiations and the fulfillment stage
  • Participate in meetings, conferences and exhibitions and develop and maintain our strategic partnerships and client relationships
  • Provide timely reports to senior management and Head of Sales

Requirements:

  • Experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience (preferably in technology sector)
  • Highly independent work ethic: As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales processes and results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with superior negotiation skills
  • Analytical approach to solving challenges
  • Experience in overseas expansion is desirable
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Native/Bi-lingual proficiency in German and English, additional languages a plus
