CEO & Co-Founder (m/f/x) for Personal Development Startup // PUSH FOUNDERS

For one of our new ventures, we are looking for a CEO & Co-Founder (m/f/x) to join us on our journey in revolutionizing the space of Personal Development through Artificial Intelligence.


  • Be part of a strong C-Level team and work with the founders to bring an incredible AI-enabled platform business to the market of personal- and organizational development
  • Set up operations, building the team, developing the business activities and driving sales and marketing as well as overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to the vision of the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale, make high-level decisions about policies working closely with other senior stakeholders
  • Act as one of the company’s primary spokespersons
  • Manage revenues, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business
  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
  • Cultivate a high performance, intelligent-agile company culture and develop company values that attract world-class talent
  • Inspire the team members and empower organizational learning, growth, and success
  • Build and maintain a strong brand, including public speaking at industry events and networking activities
  • Perform great in investors relationship management
  • Identify opportunities for the business and build solid partnerships with other organizations
  • Report to the board of directors and work with them to set-up short and long-term goals of the company
  • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations


  • You are enthusiastic about personal- and organizational development, coaching, platform monetization, and artificial intelligence
  • You have a bachelor or master degree in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science or similar
  • Experience of building successful products or high caliber teams from the ground up, ideally in current roles
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce
  • 5+ years of experience in a founding role, marketing, strategy, consulting, business development, B2B Sales or similar
  • You are an experienced leader: able to manage ambiguity and uncertainty, communicate a clear vision and motivate people, as well as recruit top talent
  • Ability to keep a comprehensive picture of the company’s financial metrics
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload and delegate, make fast and wise decisions
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
