Who we are:

Our ‘Scoober’ drivers are delivering food in around 70 cities, from Brussels to Berlin. With millions of orders every day from our customers, a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to ensure we’re always on the move.

Based in our dynamic office at the heart of Berlin, the Product Designer will use their designs to ensure those deliveries run as smoothly as possible.

What you’ll do:

Let’s kick things off with the design side! As our Product Designer, you’ll be using your passion and expertise to ensure the UX designs for our driver app and dashboards are slick and user-friendly.

Whether you’re designing web interfaces or creating user flows, you’ll find smart new ways to bring continuous improvements to the products for our ‘Scoober’ (or driver fleet) crew.

Being a natural problem-solver, you can identify the technical issues behind our drivers’ requests and use your designs and prototypes to create solutions. And as a senior team member with plenty of experience, you’ll mentor other designers to boost their development. With the right management skills, there’s the opportunity to develop this into a lead role.

This role also means collaborating with a range of people. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team with Product Owners and Developers. But you’re also out and about – speaking to drivers about the platforms they use and performing usability testing based on their feedback.

Are you the one?

So, you’ve got the skills to take our driver platform into top gear. That’s a big thumbs up from us. But we’d also like you to have:

• 4+ years experience in UX Research or related roles
• Ability to design products from concept to development
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiar with guidelines for iOS human interface and Google Material Design
• Background in using any of the following tools: Sketch, Invision Abstract, Zeplin, Principle
• Fluent English skills. German proficiency is nice to have
