As Infarm’s Accountant Accounts Payable you:

  • Look after maintenance and clarification of supplier accounts
  • Deal with VAT returns
  • Act as contact person for all financial queries on all issues in the area for suppliers and locations
  • Enter and post account statements daily as well as be responsible for checking, account assignment and posting of further business transactions in the area of ​​creditor management
  • Work on balance reconciliation with suppliers
  • Correct and issue in a timely manner all invoices
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports as needed
  • Cooperate closely with other departments such as procurement and support in the development of processes


  • Commercial apprenticeship, Assistant tax consultant preferred
  • Several years of experience in the field of accounts payable accounting
  • Experience in working with German GAAP General Accounting Accepted Principles and/or IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards
  • MS Office knowledge especially Excel, Word
  • Proactive team player with communication, organizational and coordination skills
  • Reliable, structured and independently working
  • Excellent communication skills, service-oriented solution of problems
  • Fluent in German and at least medium knowledge of the English language

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Klärung der Kreditorenkonten
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Rückfragen zu allen Fragen im Kreditorenbereich für Lieferanten und Standorte
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungsausgängen
  • Tägliche Erfassung und Buchung der Kontoauszüge sowie die Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung weiterer Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich des Kreditorenmanagements
  • Saldenabstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Korrekte und termingerechte Verbuchung aller Rechnungen
  • Tages- und Monatsberichte nach Bedarf
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie der Beschaffungsabteilung und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Prozessen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit German GAAP General Accounting Accepted Principles und/oder IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards
  • MS Office Kenntnisse vor allem Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Proaktiver Teamplayer mit Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
  • Zuverlässiges, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, serviceorientierte Lösung von Problemen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
