Business Recruiter

As a Business Recruiter at aklamio, you will play a key role in supporting our business strategy and make sure our candidates have a positive experience throughout the whole recruiting process. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring candidates, for several teams inside our company internationally.

  • Own the end to end recruiting process from kick-off through to close and successful new hire onboarding
  • Actively search and identify the best candidates and reach out to them
  • Accompany candidates along the recruiting process and create a unique candidate experience
  • Develop, drive, and support hiring managers throughout the whole recruiting process
  • Find new creative ways to find the best talent
  • Posting job advertisements
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates


  • 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast paced and international environment
  • Previous experience in Sales positions would be an advantage
  • You are able to source, interview, and hire top talent
  • Comfortable working close to hiring managers, advising, influencing and supporting them during the whole recruiting process
  • Hands-on, you like to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Team player with an open personality and a sense of humor
  • Working with recruiting metrics is not something strange for you
  • Passionate about recruiting and interested in trends and search strategies
  • You are fluent in English. German or any other language would be a plus
