Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x) – German speaking

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x), you will be a key representative of Futurepath to our clients and a key contributor to our business development. You will be working closely with your team lead, team, and also, driving cross-team projects. Our Talent Acquisition teams are under the leadership of our Managing Director, Phil Friess, and with the option of a fully remote set up within Germany.

What you’ll do:

  • You will do what you know best, attract the talent that fulfils clients/hiring managers’ expectations and requirements.
  • You will manage successfully a base of projects monthly, for permanent and freelance placement, and these projects vary from Software Development to Analytics, and Product, Agile, Embedded and Security & Safety, to give you the idea.
  • You will manage client/hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence and manage expectations.
  • You will interview and assess active & passive talent and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations.
  • You will grow and develop a network of tech talent and mobility industry professionals by active sourcing, networking, attending events and getting involved in the industry.
  • You will keep track and optimise relevant channels, report data-driven key metrics and continuously improve different hiring approaches.
  • You will contribute to Futurepath brand development as a tech talent acquisition partner: events, employer brand, processes, others.

Germany-based role: you can either be in our HQ in Berlin or in any other location within Germany.

Your profile:

  • You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its development.
  • You have extensive experience in talent acquisition either from in-house or agency models and you would like to be part of a high-volume talent acquisition project.
  • You have experience in client-facing, and you can confidently present and guide clients through your proposals.
  • You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and Tech, and you can drive our efforts in delivering our clients’ needs, by attracting the right talent.
  • Proven experience in building trusted relationships and using excellent judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced but informal start-up environment.
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills with experience in building compelling business cases and recommendations – English and German are necessary.
