Talent acquisition and HR Lead

Overview:

Hype is the leading community management and marketing agency for blockchain technology protocols. In the last year, Hype has grown from a team of 30 to over 80 employees across 30 countries.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to help shape Hype’s recruitment and human resources management process. We are looking for someone with experience setting up HR processes for fast-growth startups who is excited to join a dynamic remote-first team.

Key tasks:

  • Full execution of the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, job postings, candidates selection, interviewing and communication between candidates and managers
  • Develop a pool of internal and external talents
  • Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
  • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organisation
  • Handling of administration and record-keeping
  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently
  • Preparing job offers
  • Networking with various institutions and social media

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role ideally in an agency
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Basic Analytical Skills
  • Attention to Details
  • Administration Skills

Nice to haves

  • Previous experience in an Agency
  • Background in the cryptocurrency industry
