As we rapidly scale our business, we’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to work within our rapidly growing Marketing department and drive our ambitious user acquisition strategy. Our ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced/high pressure environment of a scaling start-up and brings deep knowledge of performance, display, CRM, social media and content marketing as well as experience working with engineering to build sophisticated and scalable tech systems, designed for consistent customer growth.
- Execute a strategy for userbase acquisition – covering channels such as Facebook and Google, Instagram, influencer and content marketing as well as CRM
- Enhance the user funnel by working closely with the Product and Dev departments to optimise the user journey and build a top tier ad-tech platform and intelligent audience management that enables the success of growth marketing at a large scale, through relevance and advanced measurement of user behaviour and campaign performance
- Implement data-driven strategies to increase traffic multifold for targeted user groups by identifying their needs and opportunities
- Design and implement growth strategies through research, data analytics and experiments that unleash exponential user growth of the website
- Be accountable for a rapidly growing budget and aggressive targets across geographies, customer segments, channels and initiatives to achieve growth and efficiency targets.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders outside of marketing, developing strategies for how growth marketing helps achieve broader company goals and strategic initiatives
- Drive strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel and optimise conversion rates onsite
- Be an example of true entrepreneurship, creativity, number- based mentality, exceptional analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, attuned customer- and business-sense, attribution and measurement expertise and the ability to design and set up good experiences and experiments in the funnel.
- 3+ years of experience within growth marketing for a hyper-growth consumer company (travel and/or marketplace is a plus)
- Strong understanding of unit economics of e-commerce and B2C consumer spaces
- Multi-channel knowledge, experience in adopting and enhancing media-mix and attribution models to achieve the highest incremental effect on userbase growth.
- Creative and agile approach to problem-solving with a self-determined strive for success
- A people person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple complex workflows at once
- Have a proven track record of building products that delight users and grow organically through virality or other growth loops
- Be an expert user of data tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
- A true entrepreneurial spirit that looks at ambiguity as an opportunity rather than an issue and can build something from nothing through well-reasoned and analytical decision-making and strong prioritisation.
