Marketing Operations Associate


  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the assets on various platforms on ShopBack including the app and web.
  • Schedule and upload marketing offers on ShopBack’s internal platform daily.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of assets onsite and ensures adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team.
  • Investigate and proactively resolve any operations issues with the Business Development team.
  • Optimise platform assets and analyse website performance and data on a regular basis and share key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
  • Drive projects with the product and engineering team to improve workflow processes by automation.


  • Fluent in German and English for content localisation efforts
  • Recent graduates may apply.
  • Candidates with basic excel skills preferred.
