Senior Brand Strategist (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Strategist (m/f/d) to support our Brand Solutions team with several ongoing client projects. Curious to learn more about branding at DCMN?

You will be working in: English (fluency required), German skills are a big plus and preferred

How you will make an impact:

  • You apply analytical and strategic thinking to solve brand challenges for and with our clients – across industries, countries and on a broad range of aspects (e.g. Positioning, Re-Branding, Brand Architecture, ToV, …)
  • You challenge client briefs and support holistic growth strategy development with your brand expertise in interdisciplinary project teams
  • You distill in-depth market research and consumer insights to identify potential levers for our clients’ brands
  • You prepare and moderate brand related workshops with clients and conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions
  • You confidently present and defend strategies in pitches and client presentations
  • You proactively identify opportunities in our client base and develop new services and offers together with our sales and operations teams

Skills you will need to be successful: 

  • Comprehensive knowledge of brand strategy
  • Relevant experience in developing impactful brand strategies – ideally for digital-first businesses, in the role of a brand strategist in a brand consultancy, agency or as a brand manager for a start-up
  • A sound understanding of digital brands and their specific challenges in performance & brand marketing
  • Experience in conceptualizing and moderating workshops and managing diverse brand stakeholder interests
  • Ability to build compelling strategic stories by responding to both clients’ briefings and consumer needs
  • Strong communication skills, especially confidence in presenting
