Head of Operations (f/m/d)

Customer Alliance is a leading technology firm in the Voice of the Customer space. With a vast client base and great prospect for success, we are poised for scaled growth. As such, we are looking for a leader to build and take on the reigns of our crucial Operations Department as our Head of Operations. Reporting into the CFO, this senior position comes with significant exposure to top management on key growth initiatives related to all departments of the company.

Your Mission and Responsibilities:

Your mission at Customer Alliance will be to orchestrate scalability across the firm. Foster continuous growth and performance in all our operations and processes. Our expectation is to be one of the best-run SaaS companies and we want you to build that organisation for and with us.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Processes & Performance Optimisation:
    • End-to-end process analysis, redefinition and delivery. Maximize our efficiency and productivity. Drive interdepartmental collaboration and sharing
    • Own communication and effective adoption by internal stakeholders
    • Implement procedures and operations policies where needed
  • Software, Tools & Systems:
    • Drive growth and team efficiency by implementing a company  technology strategy
    • Own our internal software portfolio and optimize for efficiency and user benefit
    • Lead office management and business operations and optimize for continuous growth

For this role we are looking for a senior professional, who is

  • comfortable in a “hands on, make it happen” environment and doesn’t shy away from rolling up her/his sleeves herself/himself
  • a proven leader and project manager
  • process-oriented, loves the devil in the details and thrive in a fast paced SaaS business environment
  • an outstanding communicator

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience
    • You have 5+ years experience in a consultancy or
    • You have been the second in command for a while looking for the opportunity to implement your own vision as the head of an operations department or
    • You have been working as a COO/VP/Director of Operations or similar position for 2+ years
    • 1+ years of experience managing high-performance teams. Inspire, coach and mentor Operations Managers to support their development and competency
    • Solid experience with diverse business functions and mechanics of the SaaS industry (e.g. sales, finance, customer service, etc.)

    • Previous experience with any of the following is a plus: SugarCRM, Hubspot, Personio, G-Suite
    • Project management certification is a plus
    • Fluent in English. No other languages required
