Sales Operations / Sales Intelligence Manager (m/f/d) // Coachhub
As Sales Ops / Sales Intelligence Manager you are part of our sales team which will soon consist of 25 international people from round the world. By delivering reports and insights your job is to make the existing sales team much more efficient.
- You own the data in the CRM and make sure it’s clean, accurate and complete
- You generate actionable insights from our CRM data, such as average sales cycles, average deal size per rep and much more
- You help designing sales territories & quotas
- You handle external lists and customer data to support the sales team with leads
- You help coordinate sales effectiveness initiatives such as trainings, coachings and selection of tools
- You are highly analytical, data driven and self motivated
- Experience in sales or sales ops is a plus
- You are fluent in English; an additional language is a plus
