💫 Your responsibility: Launch, Grow, Develop

  • Launch: new VC firms are jumping onboard weekly and we need to make sure that each one is onboarded and their custom platform is set up perfectly. Here is where your attention to detail and project management skills are going to make a difference.
  • Grow: monitor the performance of each talent pool, proactively discover opportunities and improvements and stay in contact with users to improve the match-making between ambitious companies and hungry candidates.
  • Manage: You will be one of the key points of contact for VC clients – understand them and maximize the value we provide is your mission. We want you to have a strong relationship with the VC ecosystem after a short period of time.

Develop the product: talk with users to understand their needs and work directly with our tech department to improve our product every day.
