Working Student/Mandatory Internship Recruitment (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Screen and filter proper candidates for all our open roles.
• Support the HR Recruitment team with daily tasks and urgent matters
• Coordinate and schedule interviews/calls with suitable candidates
• Email correspondence with applicants and recruiting managers
• Transparent correspondence and proper communication within the team

Your Profile

• You are currently studying and are enrolled at a university (HR-specified studies are considered an advantage)
• Fluent in English and German(any other European language will be considered an advantage)
• You have the willingness and passion to learn and grow
• You have a very structured and reliable way of working
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You have a high level of initiative and commitment
• General understanding of and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, XING, etc. is a plus
• First experience in recruitment is a plus
