We are looking for a bright, data-driven, collaborative operator to help us improve the experience of our members.

Your role will be to:

• Lead specific product initiatives and oversee the entire experiment lifecycle, from ideation to testing to defining the final implementation, to release, analysis and optimization, working directly with the Chief Product Officer.
• Source new growth and retention ideas through exploratory user research, employing both qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing usage trends and data, and aggregating user feedback received through different channels.
• Own and manage A/B testing efforts and maintain a steady cadence of live experiments.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to ensure an excellent user experience.
• Work closely with engineers and QA throughout the delivery process.
• Support all aspects of the product team’s work and processes.
• Share experiment results and insights with the whole team.

You are the right fit for the role if you:

• Are highly passionate about languages and their role in building bridges between cultures.
• Are a communicative team player with excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Bring a passion for product management and have impressive first experiences in the field to share.
• Have a proactive, independent way of working, and have demonstrated leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit in the past.
• Are highly analytical and have a deep understanding of key metrics and statistical analyses, and tools used in product analytics, such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Are a conceptual thinker who loves to solve interesting, complex problems, and has the resilience and patience to work on problems until they are solved.
• Have an instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Have shown the ability to learn quickly.
• Have demonstrated the ability to be inventive and innovative, while paying attention to detail.
• Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, Linguistics, or equivalent.
