Kick-ass product owner (part-time / full-time) (m/f/d) (remote first)

We are a company builder focussed on building companies and products for corporates, as well as our own projects.

We are focussed on building MVPs with a strong focus on mobile applications.

We are a small, friendly, remote-first team. We are headquartered in Berlin, but we are remote first and our team members work from several countries.

We currently have six developers and are looking for a kick-ass product owner (part-time or full-time) to join our team.

-> What will your typical day look like?

We typically work on 3-4 projects in parallel with strong focus on very early stage products (typically MVPs; mainly mobile applications).

We work fully remote, but if you are based in Berlin, a “face to face” day per week is possible (three of our team members are based in Berlin).

We currently work in a weekly scrum (Tuesday->Tuesday). Apart from sprint planning, most scrum ceremonies (e.g. standups) are asynchronous (via slack).

As part of our team you would work as a classic product owner. Working with our project teams to define requirements, lead our sprint and resolve dependencies and roadblocks.

You will particularly help us in terms of project management, driving new features and products from conception to execution.

Since many of our companies are led by first time founders, being able to consult on product questions is a plus. Our founders have  +10 years of product management experience and will work with you / coach you on this topic.

As a plus, we are a process driven company and are currently working on re-working our product processes. If this is something you are interested in, then you will be able to drive this process with us.

Our office language is English, but many of our project teams work in German, so good German and English communication skills are a hard requirement for the role.
