What you can contribute.

  • Lead the product development of our Recruiter platform and have a direct impact on our company OKRs

  • Own the product roadmap and product vision for the HeyJobs Recruiter Experience aligned with our overall product strategy, and foster innovation of internal and external recruiting tools

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, management and external partners to deeply understand their needs, define requirements and business priorities accordingly

  • Manage communication around your product vision and your progress for a broad audience and ensure smooth product roll-out across cross-functional teams

  • Lead the agile development processes including release planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, and sprint demos. 

  • Monitor the team’s development velocity and communicate product status, risks, resolution plans, upcoming milestones, and recent releases

 

What you need to bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business or a relevant field of study

  • 3+ years of work experience in product management with engineering teams 

  • Strong user centric approach and relevant experience with user facing products

  • Fluent in both business and tech and able to bridge the gap between both worlds

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • You are a self-starter and an entrepreneurial mind getting things done

  • Past development experience is an advantage

  • You speak and write English and German fluently
