Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are searching for a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead our product development team. The Senior Product Manager will be expected to allocate resources, and to work with engineers and designers to ensure deadlines are met and products are launched.

A top-notch Senior Product Manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers’ needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders.


  • Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development process from conception to launch, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Strategy and Market Research: Develop the product’s vision and strategy, and conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to align product goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer Feedback and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to inform product iterations and improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Resource Allocation: Engage with stakeholders to communicate product progress and effectively allocate resources for optimal product development.


  • Engineering Background: Proven experience in engineering, preferably in a field relevant to the company’s products. This could include software, hardware, or other technical domains.
  • Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management or a closely related role. Experience in taking products from concept to launch is highly valued.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interfacing with engineering, design, and sales teams.
  • Market Insight: Solid understanding of market trends, user needs, and the HR competitive landscape.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technical aspects of product development, including software development methodologies, if applicable.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
