Senior Product Manager Software (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Become an elementary part of our software department.
  • Drive our software product vision and roadmap together with Business and Engineering
  • Be making a constant exchange with our users/customers and contributing the knowledge gained to our development
  • Work closely with our Software Engineers ensuring the work they do aligns with our customer needs
  • Prioritize cross-departmental work and coordinate it with the department heads
  • Constantly raise the performance bar with your expertise and enthusiasm
  • Do product and market research to understand the market, the competitive landscape, and the opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a product manager in a fast-growing company
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-centric product development
  • A confident leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams
  • User-centric thinking, understanding of how the software works
  • Strong communication skills with fluent command of written and spoken German and English
  • Self-managed, self-motivated, and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Experience in managing an agile product development process
  • Experience in digital Agriculture products is a big plus
  • Open-minded and eager to learn to develop and evaluate new ideas quickly
