zenloop is a SaaS retention management platform based on the Net Promoter Score® (NPS). zenloop enables companies to collect customer feedback from various channels with high response rates of 30%-50% and analyzes and clusters it using artificial intelligence. This empowers companies and organizations to better understand, and faster and more comprehensively satisfy their customers and boost their customer centricity as well as their customer retention.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated talents that help us to develop zenloop into the leading customer experience management platform.

Great starting point to accelerate your sales career by taking over massive responsibility for your own market with an amazing team in your back. You will work in a fast paced environment and provide exceptional and measurable business value to market leaders. You will learn how to control complex sales cycles and close deals on C-Level by building up strong relationships. To bring your A-game when it’s needed you will be trained on a weekly basis, attend industry conferences and work with state of the art tools.

Your responsibilites

  • You are driving forward our growth in the Netherland market and taking responsibility for customer acquisition
  • You control sales cycles, generate new opportunities, and negotiate management and C-level contracts
  • You build relationships with relevant stakeholders and advise on our solution
  • You are responsible for conducting on-site web demos and customer meetings as well as professionally preparing conversations with customized presentations
  • You represent zenloop at conferences and industry events
  • You take responsibility for team projects to continuously improve our internal organization and processes
