Account Executive // Vendisys

Position:

We are currently recruiting high-energy, driven, and self-organized Sales/Account Executive for our European market with solid B2B sales and account management experience. Working from a virtual home office, candidates must have previous inside and outside sales experience, and be able to work independently, on a consistent daily schedule developing new business while servicing existing clients and prospects. You will be targeting VPs of Sales and Marketing, across multiple industries with a focus on the Technology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Close 5 and 6-figure deals using solution selling methodology via Phone, Email, Video-conferencing or Face-2-Face;
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving $1+ MM in annual revenue;
  • Cold Prospecting via Email & Phone into Key Named Accounts;
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com;
  • Manage client relationships at all levels of buying influence.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of quota carrying B2B sales and account management experience in technology, CRM, lead generation or marketing. Prior experience in Technical Recruiting or Software sales is a plus;
  • 1-2+ years Independent Selling or Remote Selling on 100% Commission preferred;
  • Expertise in sales & marketing, lead generation, and email marketing;
  • Wide breadth of understanding of a variety of technical products/solutions — we sell leads primarily to the tech sector;
  • Experience managing a complex sales cycle progressing from business champion to the VP of Sales & Marketing to the CXO level;
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company) in past position;
  • Extremely strong and demonstrated written communications skills;
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred;
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com, PipeDrive or other SaaS-based CRM tools;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment;
  • Analytical, Passionate, and Self-Disciplined;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Bachelor or University Degree required.

Candidates in Germany (Berlin) are strongly preferred!

Compensation:

This position is a Base + Commission. Commissions are paid on lead flow. When clients renew contracts, Sales Executives continue to receive full commissions for the life of the account. Current Sales Directors earn 6-figure incomes from commissions. The base will be negotiated during the hiring process.
