About the Role

As a NinjaOne Account Manager, you are an outgoing, self-motivated individual who is excited and skilled at building relationships with customers. Through heavy phone interaction you will be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, and will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. As the Account Manager you will be the expert in best practices and product adoption negotiating contracts and offering additional products and services to help the customer recognize the benefits of NinjaOne’s Solutions while growing and maximizing profit for the company.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Enjoys working in a quota-driven environment who is an energetic and sales driven self starter
  • Proactively communicates with customers and reacts to client requirements quickly and efficiently
  • Analyzes and thoroughly understands the customer needs and presents a solution that meets the customer requirements
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and to find growth opportunities
  • Achieves a retention rate of 90% within your customer portfolio
  • Maintains detailed client information on our CRM system
  • Researches market information and insights to gain a clear understanding of the industry
  • Brings enthusiasm and energy

About You

You have a talent in dealing with people and are passionate about a great product. You are highly motivated, growing beyond yourself and shaping your own success is your goal.

  •  2+ years in B2B IT sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have extensive IT knowledge. An education in the field is a plus.
  • Polished communicator both verbal and written
  • You are fully, professionally proficient in German.
  • You speak multiple languages (preferred).
