Head of Sales Development

As a Head of Sales Development, your responsibilities will include leading our dynamic team of international Sales Development Representatives, setting and managing the delivery of KPIs, and cultivating successful opportunity generation for the sales funnel.

  • Leading the Sales Development Representative Team by providing clear objectives and regular performance reviews to ensure opportunity generation
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Team to attract and develop great talent as needed and grow a team of best SDRs
  • Develop target audience segments of B2B prospects, closely work with Marketing, collaborate and finetune overall sales funnel with sales team
  • Find ways to engage and develop relationships with target prospects
  • Analyse market research, competitive landscape & our own performance data to identify and prioritise opportunities
  • Generating new business leads and building a sales pipeline
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key sales metrics and business trends, tracking the results and reporting to senior management
  • Directly contribute to our Partners growth by qualifying inbound leads and referrals


  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development B2B, preferably in SAAS companies
  • Team Lead experience for a minimum 2 years, you are highly motivated and a team oriented leader
  • Analytical and data driven – you can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives
  • You believe in providing value to your clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns at the same time
  • You are a large-scale digital business savvy, understanding likely client challenges and approaches that result in successful prospect engagement
  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset
  • Experience developing and managing strong stakeholder relationships and strong negotiation skills to develop commercial arrangements with partners
  • Innovative and creative ability to present new ideas and strategies
  • Experience of working in a high growth startup environment
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language such as: German,  French, Italian, Spanish would be a plus
