Sales Trainee B2B (m/f/d)

To build onto our unprecedented growth of the last years, we are now growing our international sales team by offering a new trainee program in B2B sales. The program is designed to bring up to speed the right kind of person who has always wanted to join the sales team of an outstanding digital scale-up like DCMN, to learn by doing and to become a successful member of the team. We are offering a 9 months long program that begins with top-notch coaching, with the opportunity to transition into permanent membership of DCMN’s staff based on your success.

We are looking for someone to start the program on 1.4.2021.

You will be working in: English (fluency required), German is essential to work with clients in the DACH region

 What you will learn to do:

  • Research for decision makers and their contact details
  • Perform cold calls and uphold outreach activity
  • Schedule demonstrations and next steps
  • Record all communication on a CRM platform
  • Maintain visible pipeline reports and a KPI dashboard
  • Hold weekly sales meetings with management

Skills you will need to be successful: 

  • You have a desire to learn about sales and/or a desire to board onto the world of digital start-ups
  • You have a proactive approach to work, and you can motivate yourself and organise your activity.
  • You are results-driven and don’t mind openly discussing personal and team KPIs to continuously improve
  • You are quick at building trust with others and establishing rapport in person and via digital communication channels
  • You are not afraid to ask for help and receive feedback
  • You are structured and reliable, and collaborating with your colleagues to succeed as a team is something you value
