Our relationship management software offers a simple way to stay in touch with current customers and win new ones.

  • As the first VP of Sales, you build our outbound and inbound sales force from the ground and scale it to at least 15 sales reps by the end of 2021
  • You will hire, onboard, manage, and coach the sales team with full ownership
  • You have responsibility for the sales budget as well as revenue growth and quota attainment
  • You will balance ambitious sales goals with reasonable customer acquisition costs
  • You own the definition and implementation of the sales and customer success strategy
  • Together with the product team, you are responsible for customer engagement, retention, and achieving NPS goals
  • By working directly with the founder CEO, you will set priorities and identify growth opportunities to achieve company targets


  • 5+ years of experience in sales as well as 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • You have a proven track record in achieving and outperforming ambitious goals as a top sales manager within your prior roles
  • You have a proven track record in aggressive sales hiring and onboarding of sales reps
  • You have experience in leading sales growth in a start-up environment
  • You have analytical abilities to design and implement systems and processes from the ground up (e.g., CRM, lead management, churn prevention, upselling)
  • Proven ability to work data-driven to improve results
  • You are passionate about sales and working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and results-oriented start-up environment
  • You think strategically but are not afraid to get your hands dirty and show a strong “getting-things-done” mentality
  • You have an insatiable thirst for learning and personal growth
  • You have an outgoing and positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic
  • You have strong German and English communication skills on a native level with the ability to represent the company
