Fragmented booking journeys are being replaced by personalized, AI-driven experiences, but most travel companies&#8216; systems are complex, disconnected, and were never designed for modern AI. YGO bridges that gap.<\/p>\n<p>Our modular platform spans AI Search, Recommendations, Packaging, Content Automation, Customer Service, and AI Assistant Integration, enabling travel companies to modernize their customer experience without rebuilding their core systems.<\/p>\n<p>Leading European travel brands including Condor, DER Touristik, and Kurzurlaub already rely on YGO. We&#8217;re backed by Caesar Ventures and the founders of FlixBus, HomeToGo, and GetAway Group, and we&#8217;ve just closed our Series A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be our first marketing hire and build the function from the ground up. Sales is owned by our Head of Sales \u2014 your job is different: make sure enterprise buyers already know, understand, and trust YGO before sales ever reaches out. You&#8217;ll turn a technically complex product into stories, proof points, and content that decision-makers actually care about, and define how we position ourselves, what we say, where we show up, and how the market perceives us. This isn&#8217;t about chasing clicks or generating MQLs \u2014 it&#8217;s about building reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Positioning &amp; Messaging:<\/strong> build and own our messaging framework across customers, partners, investors, and the broader market; sharpen our positioning as the AI infrastructure layer for travel; monitor competitors and industry trends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content &amp; Thought Leadership:<\/strong> write white papers, case studies, opinion pieces, and deep dives; build content formats across LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, and video; own our website as our most important trust asset.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proof &amp; Market Trust:<\/strong> turn customer conversations into case studies and references; communicate milestones and traction; build relationships with journalists, analysts, and podcast hosts; shape our presence at conferences and trade fairs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Founder &amp; Company Communications:<\/strong> help position our founders as leading voices in AI for travel through LinkedIn content, articles, keynotes, and interviews; support investor communication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales Enablement:<\/strong> build pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards with our Head of Sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Build the Marketing Function:<\/strong> establish our tone of voice, visual identity, workflows, and content processes from scratch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4-8 years marketing complex B2B software (SaaS, AI, or enterprise). You understand complex products quickly and translate them into compelling stories, write exceptionally well in German (native\/C2) and English, enjoy building from scratch, have startup experience, and have a strong feel for B2B communication \u2014 especially LinkedIn and long-form content. This isn&#8217;t a performance marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, or demand-gen role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Build the marketing function from day one and work directly with the founders on strategy, positioning, and communication.
