We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies. In under two years and with fewer than 25 people at our HQ, we&#8217;ve already become Germany&#8217;s second-largest property manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufgaben<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Commercial Lead (m\/f\/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role, you will design the growth engine driving all of our property managers&#8216; core business revenue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build the growth playbook from zero. You&#8217;ll decide what experiments you run and how you&#8217;ll generate millions of euros in predictable revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Full-Cycle Sales. Your role starts with generating leads and ends with turning them into signed property management contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Report directly to the VP Property Management. You&#8217;ll be in close exchange with our VP Property Management and C-Level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifikation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Speak fluent German (C2). Our PortCos operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners.<\/li>\n<li>Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg<\/li>\n<li>Are up for traveling to our PortCos. We build mini-tech companies all across Germany. You should be up for spending time with the local MDs.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ve got proven sales expertise. You&#8217;ve brought sales for any kind of product or service from 0-&gt;1.
