Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)
Regimen is the first digital holistic care company for andrological health. Our products enable our clients and their partners to live happier and healthier lives by taking care of their most intimate issues without relying on pills or resorting to surgery.
Erectile dysfunction affects at least 30% of the male population, and the Regimen program is the world’s first certified digital holistic therapy developed to address this problem. Deeply rooted in scientific research, our app has become an everyday routine for thousands around the world and shows clinically significant improvements in three out of four of our clients. By supporting erectile health holistically, our program also targets underlying cardiovascular issues that can lead to serious – and even life-threatening – health conditions. We are supported by the DigitalHealth.London accelerator and the NHS England, and partly funded by the European Union.
Join our team and help improve the lives of millions all over the world, while confronting the shame and stigma surrounding one of the most common andrological health issues today.

As a Full-Stack Developer you will plan, build and improve product features. You should be as comfortable with designing and implementing new features from the ground up as with extending and improving existing code, as well as locating and fixing bugs. You should be capable of balancing functionality, maintainability and timeliness well.
You will work closely with the Lead Engineer at all front lines: Backend, web and mobile apps, as well as server infrastructure and internal tooling. Our focus right now rests on improving the usability, scaling and internationalisation of the product and further personalising the user journey. You are responsible for aiding in timeline estimation, delivering projected results and keeping the backlog lean.
As the development team grows you will have the opportunity to specialise if desired – until then you should be able to cover all grounds to a certain degree.
You should have at least two years of professional experience as a full-stack developer. You are self-driven, proactive, solution-oriented and a real team player. You communicate clearly and concisely in fluent English. You are comfortable making decisions based on limited information and re-evaluating decisions when new information becomes available.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work on a truly impactful venture, while growing professionally in a fast-paced environment. You will join a small team of talented and motivated individuals, each a specialist in their field.
We offer you a competitive salary and the flexibility to work from our office in Berlin or your own remote setup. You should be willing to travel (when safe) at least once per month for our regular on-site and off-site meetings, including management meetings if necessary.
If you want to join us in shaping the future of andrology and change the stigma around these issues, please apply with your CV and a cover letter – and showcase any projects you have done which might be relevant for this position.
We love off-the-path careers and unconventional journeys and are looking forward to receiving your application, even if your profile does not 100% fit the description.
