We are looking for IT and System Administrator (f/m/d) who will help us to optimize and bring the existing IT infrastructure to the next level.

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

• You are responsible for the company\’s internal IT and administration of the internally used software solutions
• You optimize and administer our software solutions (GSuite, Jira, Confluence)
• You are the contact person for our IT service providers
• You design, monitor and implement data backup and IT security measures
• You are responsible for the hardware inventory (incl. maintenance, ordering, handling of RMAs and inventory)
• You support the whole team and are the contact person for questions and problems concerning the used IT / software (First Level Support Mac / MacOS )

HOW DO YOU FIT IN?

• A completed apprenticeship/further training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification
• Experience in dealing with macOS in particular, Windows a plus
• Experience in dealing with Directory Services (IDM), MDM and Device Enrollment experience (Jamf, DEP, JumpCloud) and with the administration of Google GSuite
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English
