Do you know how many obstacles freelancers face when it comes to their finances?

It starts with opening a business account and leads to taking care of all the tax issues. We want to make it easy to run your own business when being self-employed and offer tailored services that address the pressing and unique needs freelancers face.

First we created a smart mobile bank account with superpowers to help with finances, taxes and savings. Now, we also offer a tax service for the self-employed to really take care of all of their needs.

Your Mission:

Now, as we enter our next growth stage, we are looking for someone to actively shape the future of our Employer Branding and Recruitment Strategy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Enable our new to be built team of 7 recruitment and employer branding professionals to thrive, bring positivity and fun to your team, and lead by example by being a hands-on world-class Recruiter yourself
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the recruiting team.
  • Bring the entire recruiting department to the next level. Process optimization is your things.
  • You use data to make informed decisions and use that data to create a world class recruitment function.
  • Develop and implement an employer branding strategy for Kontist which ensures that we establish ourselves as the number 1 employer for tax specialists in the market.
  • Manage the daily business operations, from planning, over sourcing to hiring a candidate, and provide strategic insight into pipeline growth, maintenance and management.
  • Bring exceptional business acumen to challenge the norm and transition all activities to make us innovative and proactive in everything you do.
  • Collaborate closely with our COO and the entire C-Level to ensure that our recruiting strategy is aligned with our changing business needs.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years experience in recruiting, if you have already mastered a hyper growth phase at another company would be big a plus.
  • You have already led teams and know how to inspire people and get them on board.
  • You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience
  • You have experience in implementing successful employer branding strategies.
  • You’re passionate about employer branding and eager to challenge your strategic approach and ideas continuously.
  • You’re able to prioritize and stay on top of things and know how important it is to have the right balance of pragmatism.
  • Positive mindset, coaching attitude and ability to adapt your approach and style to fit varying contexts and stakeholder environments.
  • Advanced active listening is part of your tools and not just a buzzword.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
