HR & Recruiting Manager (f/m/div)

Job description

We’re growing the team at Perdoo and we’re looking for a proactive HR & Recruiting Manager. Your main mission will be to enable the company’s growth by helping us hire and retain amazing and diverse people. Hence, it’s important that you love recruiting and have experience doing it but also aim to grow into a broader HR role. In this position, you’ll be reporting directly to the founders.

While we have a beautiful office in Berlin, our company is remote-first. You will be in charge of maintaining our awesome company culture and refining our HR processes for better communication and connection while working remotely. You’ll be the go-to person for the entire team during the whole employee life cycle, from on- to offboarding. We also expect you to take care of the daily HR operations, office management, and organizing virtual and in-person events and retreats.

As our HR & Recruiting Manager you’ll:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process from active sourcing, monitoring of job ads, and reviewing documents to conducting interviews and contract signing.
  • Create an outstanding candidate and employee experience and drive initiatives that improve it in order to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Support our employees along the whole employee lifecycle including contract management, on-/offboarding, and employee inquiries.
  • Work on our career development process to ensure everyone knows their possibilities to grow within Perdoo.
  • Organize regular events with the team, both virtual as well as in person, to ensure that the team is connected and engaged.
  • Manage our remote as well as in office setup making sure that everyone has a great experience at their work location of choice.
  • Take care of all HR admin including, but not limited to, contract preparation and signing, vendor management, HRIS management, ATS management, payroll, and invoices.

Requirements

  • You love what you do and want to contribute to making Perdoo an awesome place to work.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or Recruiting.
  • You enjoy working in a small team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for several roles and passion for delivering an awesome candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and positive charisma to act as the first point of contact for our colleagues in personnel-related matters.
  • You thrive when working with autonomy and love to contribute with new ideas and industry benchmarks.
  • Good understanding of the employee lifecycle, from on- to off-boarding.
  • You have native or fluent English language skills, and basic German skills.
