To strengthen our international team in Berlin, we are offering a position as

Interim Head of HR & Recruiting (m/f/d)

– part-time possible, 12-15 months contract –

// Your responsibilities

  • You reliably oversee all HR-related matters across our three office locations and act as a strategic partner and advisor to the leadership team
  • You take full entrepreneurial responsibility of recruitment, performance management, people development, HR administration, communication etc.
  • You act as a change agent by anticipating HR-related needs for our company and deliver value added services
  • You empower and guide a growing Human Resources team of HR Admin, Recruiter, and HR Analytics (4 ppl+)
  • You work closely with our COO on various projects that further embed our values and core beliefs into our high performance culture

// Your profile

  • You have already gained first HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-location environment and bring know-how in the above-mentioned HR topics
  • You are experienced in consulting and cooperating with executives and love to take ownership while equally understanding that collaboration is key
  • You are a fast thinker, highly analytical and have a strategic mindset with the ability to connect every action to a bigger picture and organizational purpose
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and communicate on a professional business level in both German and English
  • You bring familiarity with German labor legislation
