People & Talent Manager

ZyseMe is building the digital infrastructure to unlock demand-driven and zero-waste manufacturing for the apparel industry. We’re on a mission to make fashion’s outdated supply chains more efficient, transparent and sustainable.

To achieve this, we’re looking for a problem-solver with big ideas who can turn a talented and dynamic team into an unstoppable force for change. You’ll work directly with our CEO and management team in your role sourcing talent, nurturing potential, and building a culture that supports, inspires and motivates people through every challenge, setback and success, whether professional or personal.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous sourcing & recruiting experience looking to bring fresh ideas to a growing team.

You will:

  • Develop our company culture and nurture growth
  • Optimize our hiring process
  • Source, screen and recruit top talent and potential
  • Manage and improve our onboarding process
  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Plan memorable and motivating team events and offsite excursions
  • Add exciting projects to this list as we continue to grow!

You have:

  • Experience in people management, including 2+ years involved in a talent sourcing and recruitment role (preferably within a tech startup or similar environment)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • A natural ability to build and maintain relationships while handling sensitive and personal information
  • The confidence to make decisions and seize the initiative
  • Passion and excitement about utilizing your skills and developing new ones

We are a hybrid company offering flexible working arrangements. You can work from our coworking space at the AI Campus in Berlin, remotely from your home, or both as it suits you.
