Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) // Medigo

Founded in 2013 and based in Berlin, Medigo is a VC-backed startup that offers medical concierge, second medical opinion, third party administration, cost containment, and service-based insurance to deliver treatment for critical illnesses.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) with a background in the insurance and/or medical fields. We offer full ownership of the entire recruiting life cycle at Medigo GmbH. You will be working closely with the Head of Talent Management at Medigo in order to successfully build up our team in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Operations, Product and IT for our sustainable growth and constant development.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for managing all of Medigo’s recruiting efforts, strategically as well as operationally
• You write job profiles, define suitable sourcing channels, review applications, do active search and conduct interviews in all application phases, take care of reference checks and advise the hiring managers on the final recruitment decision
• You vouch for an excellent candidate experience and ensure that the recruiting process is carried out professionally, cost-consciously and pragmatically
• You promote our employer brand in all relevant channels and portals as well as initiate and maintain cooperations with outstanding universities

Your Profile

• You have English native or near-native skills, German is a plus
• You have successfully completed a Bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin or related fields
• You have min 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting, at least partly in a start-up environment
• You ideally have a background in healthcare, the insurance market, or related topics
• You have a very goal-oriented, meticulous, structured and independent work style
• You like communicating and cooperating with other professionals and coming up with innovative solutions
