Talent Acquisition Partner

Cash is old school. Out-of-pocket expenses suck. Workplaces need to be more trusting, progressive, and – that’s right, we’re gonna say it – fun. We believe everyone should feel valued at work, in fact, it’s our mission!

And so that’s what we’re here to do. But we need your help.

Pleo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

About the role

As a Commercial Talent Partner, you will manage day-to-day recruitment to both our Sales and Customer Experience teams. This means you are both the guardian of our values and the first filter for all job applications.

You need to care deeply about giving the best possible experience to potential Pleo’ers.  Every candidate that is in our process should leave with a huge smile on their face, even if they don’t end up working at Pleo.

We’ve got really interesting problems for you to solve, so be prepared to be creative. For example: How does Pleo give a truly human interview experience, that gives everyone the opportunity to shine and be themselves, but is fair, consistent, tests what matters AND can be repeated efficiently in multiple offices as we grow rapidly.

All we want is to hire happy people that will love working at Pleo and have successful careers here. Not much to ask is it 😉

You will develop excellent working relationships with the VPs of Sales and Customer Experience, Regional Sales Directors, and Team Leads and work closely with our People Partners.

Do you want to join us to help more people join us and ensure everyone who joins us is delighted when they do join us?

  • Loads of weird and wonderful niche communities to join in the company (we’re talking Friday bar, holiday parties, that type of thing)
  • Wild enthusiasm and encouragement from us if you want to host MeetUps, events, etc – we’ll help (venue, food etc)

Working at Pleo means you’re working on something very exciting: the future of work. Through fintech we’ve seen a way to impact how people work; we think company spending should be delegated to all employees and teams, that it should be as automated as possible, and that it should drive a culture of responsible spending. Based on some pretty amazing Series C-round investment in 2021 we think we’re onto something big.

So, in a nutshell, that’s Pleo. Today we are a 320+ team, from over 46 nations, sitting in our Copenhagen HQ, London, Stockholm, Berlin, Madrid, or Montreal offices – and quite a few full-time remotes in 16 other countries! Being HQ’d out of Copenhagen means we’re inspired by sensible things like a good work-life balance. If you don’t work in the office with us we’ll help you get up the best remote setup possible, and will fly you in once a quarter for team camps.
