  • Developing and implementing a well working recruitment process
  • Full cycle recruitment – from creating job descriptions to choosing channels, administering and optimizing our ATS, interviewing candidates and supporting their onboarding
  • Finding new and creative solutions in acquiring the best candidates for our company
  • Taking over direct search & improving our Social Media presence
  • Close collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers
  • Implementation of projects and measures to promote our visibility as employer (incl. partnering with service providers, different channels and negotiating contracts etc.)
  • Implementation and optimization of people related processes in close collaboration with the HR- and Management Team
  • Set up, monitoring and improving recruiting related KPIs
  • Participation in HR and happiness projects


  • Degree in HR Management, business or equivalent
  • Profound experience in full cycle recruitment and developing creative solutions around TA topics
  • Good knowledge of relevant (labour) law
  • Passion for communication and assessing a candidate´s suitability for a role
  • KPI driven mentality and creative mindset (budget experience would be a bonus)
  • Used to work autonomously – whilst being a teamplayer and able to build fruitful relationships
  • Experience in Social Media Recruiting and visa processes would be desirable
  • Strong language skills in English (German would be desirable)
