Werkstudent:in HR Recruiting & Administration (all genders)


  • You will actively support the entire recruiting process, from creating job postings to screening applications, coordinating interviews, and actively sourcing suitable candidates.
  • You will work together with all departments to define the requirements for the positions to be filled.
  • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to active sourcing, reaching out to potential candidates through various online platforms and social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • You will draft job advertisements and publish them on specialized portals and job boards.
  • You will continuously review and optimize the current recruiting processes and channels.


  • You are currently studying a degree program with a focus on personnel management and have gained initial experience in the field of recruiting.
  • You stay up to date with current trends and tools in the recruiting and active sourcing field and are a passionate networker.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy facing new challenges daily, while also being interested in the administrative aspects of recruiting.
  • You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, strong verbal expression, and a structured way of working.
