Community Management and Customer Support Intern

Bitbond, is a leading technology provider for bank-grade tokenization technology. We’re seeking a highly motivated intern with prior crypto experience to join our team. As a Community Management and Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in promoting our flagship product, Token Tool, and providing excellent support to our users. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing web3 ecosystem and contribute to the advancement of tokenization technology.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with Bitbond’s community across various online channels to foster discussions and provide product related guidance
2. Find and engage with relevant web3 and DeFi communities
3. Assist in creating and implementing community engagement strategies
4. Monitor and manage community interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative content about Bitbond Token Tool
6. Support users by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting product issues
7. Gather user feedback and communicate it to relevant teams for product improvement
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

You are

1. Studying business, marketing, finance or similar fields
2. Solid understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi and the web3 ecosystem
3. Knowledge of blockchain technologies such as smart contracts and wallets
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
6. Good organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Proficient in English
8. Ideally based in Berlin
