About Founding Ideas

Founding Ideas is an invite-only community for successful founders, VCs, and business angels in Berlin and beyond. We are organizing and hosting exclusive live events for high-profile entrepreneurs and investors including unicorn founders and investors at globally known VCs. As part of Founding Ideas Capital, we are also identifying and investing in early-stage ventures. Founding Ideas was founded by Ariyan Seyed Nassir. He has founded the HR consultancy MatchFast HR and previously worked at firms like Goldman Sachs, HV Capital, and Rocket Internet. He also gained experience at Uni Mannheim, WHU, and Stanford GSB.

Your Responsibilities

• You are supporting Ariyan in building and growing the different event series of Founding Ideas (startup founders, angel investors, VCs, and more)
• You are helping to organize and host exclusive invite-only events with high-profile founders, VCs, and angels and serve as their main point of contact
• You are identifying and closing sponsors for our exclusive events
• You are helping grow the brand and spread the word about our event series
• You are directly involved in identifying and evaluating angel investment opportunities (optional, if you are interested)

Your Profile

• You are currently studying for your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or have finished your studies in a business-related field
• You are interested in startups and scaleups and have ideally gained first work experiences
• You are well organized and have an analytic approach to solving problems
• You are confident in social situations, communicative, and like getting to know new people
• You have excellent English communication skills and are preferably fluent in German
