We are currently looking for a CRM Manager to be a part of our growing Marketing team.
What You Will Do
- Become an expert of Habyt’s Salesforce system architecture
- Analyze and improve our CRM workflows and processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data
- Set up and improve funnel tracking systems
- Analyze, synthesize data and report on your findings suggesting solutions
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to implement improvements
- Conduct market research to create benchmark data
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge of the Salesforce echo-system
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, business studies, or related field
- Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
- Proven experience with programming for data analysis
- Firm understanding of statistics and databases
- Expert problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
