CRM Manager

We are currently looking for a CRM Manager to be a part of our growing Marketing team.

What You Will Do

  • Become an expert of Habyt’s Salesforce system architecture
  • Analyze and improve our CRM workflows and processes
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data
  • Set up and improve funnel tracking systems
  • Analyze, synthesize data and report on your findings suggesting solutions
  • Collaborate with coworkers and management to implement improvements
  • Conduct market research to create benchmark data

What We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce echo-system
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, business studies, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
  • Proven experience with programming for data analysis
  • Firm understanding of statistics and databases
  • Expert problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset
