- Create great communication experiences along the customer journey.
- Scope, manage and implement cross-channel CRM campaigns incl. planning, production coordination with stakeholders
- Drive personalization efforts through detailed content and audience segmentation
- Own and develop A/B testing strategies as well as deep dives into behavioural data that help us understand our customers
- Continuously measure and monitor relevant KPIs of CRM campaigns to pursue our ambitious growth goals
- Work closely with stakeholders to shape powerful customer relationships that create peaks and compensate pits along the customer journey
- 3+ years CRM experience, ideally in a fast growing environment
- You previously gained experience working with an E-Mail Marketing or CRM tool
- You have a strong understanding of A/B testing and campaign analysis
- Analytical curiosity and the ability to problem solving, you are not afraid of new innovative formats
- You have an eye for the details to enable successful cross-channel CRM campaigns
- Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
