Who We’re Looking For

We need a Digital Producer to join our team.

You will be a great project manager with experience in creating engaging content in a variety of forms. You know how to bring ideas to life as well as how to promote them online.

Ideally, You Have

  • 5+ years experience in content creation (2-3 of these in a SaaS/business setting)
  • Native-level English with the ability to edit a variety of content from videos to reports.
  • Understanding of writing/editing content for the web. You know how to naturally make content break through the noise. You understand SEO and backlinks.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS/business market. You need to be able to hit the ground running at Doodle by already knowing how to produce content for a SaaS company and with little instruction are able to adapt and perform.
  • Project management experience. You’re comfortable dealing with freelancers or in-house teams to coordinate the creation of content.

Nice to have:

  • An understanding of design/design tools. You could really stand out if you’re able to jump in and create different types of content (graphics in Photoshop, videos in Premiere etc). You think about images/visuals and actively talk about what you think works best.
  • You think creatively about distribution/social media and what happens to content once it’s created.
  • PR. You won’t feel out of your depth if asked to take on press officer duties such as writing a press release.

What the Role Involves

  • Coordinating the creation of engaging, proactive content that sets the trend and gets people talking. Manage the entire process from ideation through to editing and publication. This can take multiple forms from videos to research reports. (65%)
  • Supporting other teams at Doodle to create content for their projects and advising them on what they need to produce to best achieve their goals. (25%)
  • Work with the wider content team to brainstorm ideas and actively participate in the growth/development of Doodle’s Editorial Calendar. (5%)
  • Work with the Content Marketing team to facilitate the translation of content across Doodle. (5%)
