Sabienzia Technologies based in Berlin is looking for a truly entrepreneurial Growth Manager / Director (m/f/d) to lead its expansion into Europe.

We are evolving to a disrupting Next Generation Live eCommerce business. Behind it, we have a team of tech savvys with more than 11 years of experience. We are more ambitious than ever and want to expand the size of our business within the next five years.

Who are we looking for?

As Growth Manager / Director (m/f/d), you are part of the management team based in Berlin and play a decisive role in finding product-market fit, helping us pinpoint the precise targeting and messaging that drive qualified leads.

  • This is a fast-paced and hands-on role, that requires both the ability to think and plan strategically, involving multiple teams and stakeholders, and to execute campaigns, test ideas and channels, gathering insights, and iterating on new and existing campaigns. The ability to quickly measure impact is critical. Excellent operational skills and the ability to share insights with colleagues are required to continuously improve our messaging, sales process, and public relations.
  • You will be responsible for optimizing conversions at each stage of the marketing and sales funnel through targeted campaigns that drive awareness and demand from our key buyer personas and target customers at each stage of their buying journey. You will promote our brand to both professionals and executives and promote Sabienzia in a way that resonates with potential customers and encourages them to engage.
  • You should have ideally a track record with growing companies and an appreciation of the weaknesses in the traditional models adopted by brands and retails for approaching their customers online. Understand how the digital customer engagement moves from off-line to on-line interaction demanding the Customer Services, Sales and Marketing to evolve and provide richer and more personal levels of service.
  • You have good communication skills in German and English.An exceptional chance in an entrepreneurial and international growth-oriented top-leadership role.
