Growth Marketing Lead

We run the House of Beautiful Business, a global platform and community with the mission to make humans more human and business more beautiful. To continue our growth and extend our reach into new audiences, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead. Reporting to the Head of Content and Community, you will be part of a remote team across different locations in the US and Europe, a fast-growing startup, and a passionate worldwide community.

What will you bring to the House

  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to reach into new audiences and drive growth for our various membership-based products
  • Develop and lead marketing and communications campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Continuous, day-to-day management of campaigns and communications across various channels including organic and paid, social, search, referral, email, affiliate, video, and podcasts
  • Master various digital marketing and CRM platforms
  • Support select client projects

Your key requirements

  • You bring growth marketing expertise within at least 3 years in an agency, B2B or B2C startup environment
  • You consider yourself a marketing generalist with solid skills in the areas of growth hacking, performance marketing, social and search engine optimization
  • You are driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and ambition
  • You are native or fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • You have the grit, self-discipline, and resilience required to work independently and are comfortable with working in a remote team environment
  • You feel at home in a passionate, fast-paced, trial-and-error work culture
