Marketing Manager /A fast-growing e-Commerce service in Europe

Main responsibilities:

  • Organization of product growth, digital and offline advertising management.
  • Development of a growth strategy by attracting new users and increasing the loyalty of existing ones
  • Development of advertising materials and landing pages (with the help of a designer), conducting a/b tests of advertising content
  • Conducting offline advertising: choosing an agency, carrying out work, monitoring results
  • Interaction with the analytics team to identify growth points
  • Working with the 360 team marketing, conducting joint events
  • Preparation of SEO tasks/requirements for articles and publications

Main requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing /digital marketing role
  • Experience in promoting B2C projects on the European market, preferably in Germany
  • Experience in working with performance marketing, experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in FB / Google
  • Fluent German and English
  • Knowledge of the Russian language is preferable
  • Self-organize, result oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills


  • A fixed employment contract / 40h week / flexible working hours
