Online Marketing Growth Manager // Idagio

We’re looking for an innovation-obsessed, marketing marvel to join our Online Marketing Team at IDAGIO. You will experiment, iterate and grow new channels for User Acquisition with a performance-oriented perspective. Finding sweet spots for potential growth and enabling attribution without losing focus on KPI metrics would be essential for success in this role. Additionally you will contribute in the re-engagement and brand building operations, helping us identify potential new audiences.

Our Online Marketing Growth Manager will focus on the following critical areas of the business:

  • Actively test and grow new customer acquisition channels (eg: Quora, Influencer Marketing etc.) through logical reasoning and data-backed processes

  • Support paid cocial acquisition (eg: Facebook, Twitter, etc.) by helping scale and iterate existing efforts

  • Develop and execute online/offline Brand Marketing strategies

  • Maintain and improve business KPIs through constant conversion optimization with in-house and external resources

  • Report to and work closely with our Marketing Director, while responsible for defined acquisition budgets and KPI goals (ex: LTV>CPA)

EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY TRAITS WE FIND RELEVANT FOR THIS POSITION

  • You have 3+ years experience with growth and performance marketing for a B2C digital company with a focus on Mobile Apps.

  • Competitive and relentless, can-do mentality; you know how to balance real product value and short-term growth

  • Hands-on experience and proven track record with major digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, etc

  • You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage

  • You’re a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to any stakeholder

  • Highly analytical; experienced and confident with tools such as Looker, Appsflyer, etc

  • You have strong personal organization and project management abilities

  • A background in or passion for classical music is not required but is a plus!

  • Fluency in English and a second language (German would be a plus!)
